The Slimming Plan

We promise to make you slimmer by following our easy 5-Step Plan to Slimming. Unlike other complicated diets our Simple Slim Plan only involves 5 very Simple Easy Steps.

Our Slimming Plan is only a suggestion, you do not have to follow this and we do recommend seeking advice from your GP before commencing any of the above recommendations.

Outside-Inside Theory

With our Slim Plan we approach Slimming both from the Outside and Inside of the Body ! We know there are a lot of other Diet Plans that claim to do the same, but our Slimming Plan is very different by a very significant factor - LIPO Wraps ! These are what make all the difference and make our Slim Plan work so fast and effectively ! While the Wraps and Gels Slim you from the Outside, the Cara-Thin Supplements and Okinawa Tea will Slim you from the Inside.

Combine this with Health Eating and Exercise and you have a Guaranteed Slimming Plan !

Step 1 - Body Wrap:

We recommend Once per Week to apply one of our LIPO Body Wraps to the area you would like to slim most first. For most this area will be the Stomach or Abdominal area. Apply the wrap and carry on with your day. We recommend being active whilst wearing the wrap.

The wrap should be worn for a minimum of 2 hours but no longer than 3 hours. Once you have finished with the wrap simple discard it and wait for the following week before applying another.

Step 2 - Body Gel:

On the days of the week when NOT wearing the wrap, we recommend using the GEL. Just apply the gel to the areas you wish to Slim and Reduce Cellulite and massage in thoroughly. The Gel acts like a cellulite and contouring cream which further enhances the results of the Body Wraps.

Step 3 - Cara-Thin™ Supplements

We recommend to speak with your GP before taking the Cara-Thin Supplements just to make sure it meets their approval. we recommend taking one Capsule before your main meal of the day. For some this may be dinner in the evening, or for some it may be lunchtime.

Either way, start off with taking just one capsule to gently become acquainted with how the Cara-Thin feels to take and the results that then follow. The most immediate thing you should notice is a considerable reduction in Appetite ! This means your desire to Snack will be greatly Reduced.

The Second sensation you should experience is a significant Reduction in Meal portion size require to make you feel full. This is very important as smaller portions is a major factor in Slimming. The Reduced amount you require to feel full and satisfied curbs the impluse to snack.

 Step 4 - Okinawa Slimming Tea

This step is really really EASY ! All you have to do is boil some water, pour it into a cup and drink this fabulous Okinawa Slimming Tea. This tea smells so good, is so flavour some and healthy you will find yourself drinking oodles of it, just because !

Step 5 - Eat Healthy and Exercise

Ok, so you're thinking this might be a bit more difficult than is sounds on paper. Yeh, it's easy to just say Eat Healthy and Exercise, but for most of us this is the hard bit as we all like to eat those super tasty Sugar loaded Chocolate snacks. Oh and what about the 5 tablespoons worth of sugar Fizzy Drinks. Then there's the yummy Fried Foods ...

... oh how are we ever going to survive without these ... !

Well we're not saying to be unrealistic and cut them out of your diet completely, we're just saying to be a little bit more discerning about the amount of these you consume. Try to eat as much Healthy Fresh Produce as possible, Fresh Fruit and Fresh Vegetable. Consume the least amount of Processed Foods like frozen pizza and lasagne and instead make things from scratch.

Limit the amount of Carbs you consume after 7.30pm at night time as your body will not use them while you are winding down for the day. Carbs should be best consumed early in the day.

Exercise - We don't expect for your to start competing in Marathons and Bike Riding events, but just finding 30mins per day to take a nice walk. If you manage to turn this into a slight jog or run then even better ! The more you can get your heart beating (heart rate up) the better.
